Kelsey R. Shelton, Psy.D. Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Kelsey Shelton is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Ohio. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville. Dr. Shelton went on to obtain her Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois.

She is experienced in the treatment and assessment of children, adolescents and adults. Dr. Shelton has helped patients struggling with mood symptoms, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, domestic abuse, traumatic experiences, relationship problems, grief, chronic illness and perinatal/postpartum mental health. Her treatments consist of a wide variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient. However, she typically utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Interpersonal (relational) approaches within her treatment. She also has extensive training and experience in couples and family counseling and enjoys working with LGBTQA populations.  Additionally, Dr. Shelton is experienced in conducting a wide variety of psychological assessment and evaluations. She’s worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She provides a therapeutic environment that is calm and nonjudgmental, while still challenging patients to face discomfort and create meaningful change in their lives. Dr. Shelton believes that each person is an expert of themselves and tends to engage patients in a collaborative process.

Justin E. Shelton, Psy.D. Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Justin Shelton is a licensed clinical psychologist, born and raised in the Mahoning Valley. He has trained and worked in a variety of settings throughout Ohio and Illinois, including community mental health, private practice, behavioral schools, intensive outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals and corrections.

He enjoys working with a wide range of populations of all ages and demographics, providing individual, family, and couples psychotherapy. Over the course of his career, Dr. Shelton has worked with adolescents to older adults, struggling with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, identity concerns and behavioral problems. He also has experience in completing diagnostic assessments as well forensic evaluations.

Dr. Shelton believes strongly in utilizing an idiographic approach, tailored specifically to the patient's strengths and limitations. This often includes a Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, ACT and Gestalt framework. Above all, Dr. Shelton aims to develop a trusting and collaborative relationship with his patients in order to cultivate insight and awareness of one's own psychology, clearing the way to make meaningful change.

Shannon Rozycki, MSEd, PCC-S

Shannon Rozycki received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Youngstown State University in 1996 and a Master’s of Education in Community Counseling from Youngstown State University in 2000. For the past two decades Shannon has worked with a variety of mental and behavioral disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. She is a supervising counselor and also specializes in the treatment of trauma and the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). She has experience treating phobias, depression, anxiety, anger, OCD, ADHD, self-esteem issues, as well as other disorders. 

Prior to private practice, Shannon worked in community mental health where she provided outpatient treatment to children adolescents and adults as well as working with children and adolescents with a history of abuse/neglect/trauma in a residential setting. She employs a variety of different techniques including Behavior Therapy,  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered, Solution Focused, among others. She enjoys working with the ride range of populations.  She creates a warm and accepting environment which fosters openness and honesty.  Her skills allow her the opportunity to work well with clients by challenging them to understand their behaviors and motivate them towards change.

Eddie White, LPCC

Feeling worn out, unmotivated, anxious, or just not yourself? You’ve come to the right place. My goal in therapy is to sit with you in a safe, supportive environment and take the needed time to get to the root of your problem and help begin the process of you living to your full potential. I operate from a Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) approach and also enjoy other modalities such as Person- Centered and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

I am accepting new clients and am available Monday through Friday during normal business hours and also will provide Saturday appointments from 8am to 12pm for those who struggle to make time during the week. Come prepared to be honest with yourself and willing to dig deep and I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with the results we come to together.
